We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn Heelys in their original packaging. Please ensure the wheels and plugs are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the shoes, wheels, and tool kit back in the original Heelys box and secure it inside a separate shipping mailer or box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
